By far the most interesting, comical, and authentic person I met during this trip. Fransico, a decedent from the Mapuche Indians, found us while camping lakeside. He chatted us up quite a bit the first night, and then promised to take us on a hike the next day.
This didn't disappoint as he took us to a private waterfall on his land. He lives a primitive life by our standards. But he seems happy, and lives in one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.
